中東蔬菜球 (Falafel)，顧名思義，是中東一帶的菜色，主要用鷹嘴豆或蠶豆泥加上調味料所做成的。第一次吃是在加拿大，喜歡它那酥脆的口感，可以把不喜歡的蔬菜做成泥，再製作成Falafel，就會變得很好吃，非常適合不愛吃菜的大人和小朋友！
這次在瓜納華托，我們發現了這家專門吃Falafel的素店，他們有超多種Falafel搭配。例如，用大餅把蔬菜和falafel包在一起，很美觀像是一束「蔬菜花」，名副其實在吃草 🤣 或者把falafel和大餅分開吃，再配上不同的醬料，falafel配鷹嘴豆泥醬 (Hummus) 是我覺得最最最好吃的！

Falafel, is a dish from the Middle East. It is mainly made with chickpeas or mashed broad beans and seasonings. The first time I had it in Canada, I like its crispy texture. This time in Guanajuato, we found this vegetarian restaurant that specializes in Falafel. They have a variety of Falafel combinations. For example, using flatbread to wrap vegetables and falafel together, it looks beautiful like a bunch of "vegetable flowers". Or you can have falafel and flatbread separately, and add different sauces, falafel with hummus is the most delicious combination in my opinion!
